Kevin B. Steinberg

Founder & Managing Attorney, KBS Injury Law Group, LLC

Kevin Steinberg’s passion for protecting the rights of injured victims stems from more than 30 years of professional experience—and from his own personal journey. Early in his career, Kevin was involved in a serious motor vehicle collision that left him with permanent injuries to his lower back and knees. That life-changing experience gave him firsthand insight into the pain, suffering, frustration, and challenges his clients face when trying to recover physically, emotionally, and financially after an accident. It also instilled in him an unwavering commitment to fight for justice on behalf of others who have been harmed by negligence.

For over three decades, Kevin has dedicated his career to advocating for injured victims and consumers. As a seasoned trial lawyer and litigator, he has the skill to navigate the complex issues surrounding personal injury claims, identify the critical facts, and pursue maximum compensation for his clients.

Before founding KBS Injury Law Group, LLC, Kevin co-founded and managed a successful personal injury law firm for 10 years. Earlier in his career, he served as a partner and senior associate in two leading Center City Philadelphia insurance defense firms, where he oversaw Plaintiffs’ personal injury departments. This unique background gave him invaluable insight into the strategies and mindset of insurance companies and defense attorneys—knowledge he now leverages to strengthen his clients’ cases and level the playing field.

At KBS, Kevin oversees the firm’s legal team to ensure every case is managed with diligence, strategy, and compassion. He personally handles all pre-trial cases, trial preparation, and continues to conduct depositions, manage discovery, and represent clients in arbitrations, mediations and trials. He also leads the firm’s workers’ compensation practice, where he is dedicated exclusively to protecting the rights of injured workers. Every case he takes on reflects his central mission: to ensure injured victims receive the justice and compensation they deserve.

Outside of the courtroom, Kevin is an active member of his community. He and his wife, Wendy, have been married for over 33 years and raised four sons who were deeply involved in youth sports. For more than two decades, Kevin volunteered as a coach for baseball, soccer, and basketball, while also serving as a board member for several community sports organizations. His commitment to service, both

professionally and personally, reflects his belief in standing up for others and making a lasting difference.

Maria A. Borrajo

Managing Senior Paralegal

With over 30 years of experience in personal injury law, Maria Borrajo brings exceptional knowledge, skill, and dedication to every case she handles. A graduate of the Irvine College of Business in California, Maria has spent her career supporting injured clients and their families with compassion and professionalism.

Maria has worked with leading plaintiffs’ firms throughout Pennsylvania and has played key roles in complex personal injury and class action matters—including the NFL Concussion Class Action litigation. Her experience spans motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injury, professional negligence, and wrongful death cases.

At our firm, Maria oversees pre-litigation operations and ensures our case management systems run efficiently. Her attention to detail, empathy, and deep understanding of personal injury law help our clients navigate one of the most challenging times in their lives with confidence and care.



A Pennsylvania native, Maria enjoys traveling with her husband, entertaining family and friends, and volunteering with Wills for Heroes. She also serves as a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Vickie White

Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant

Vickie White joined KBS Injury Law Group in 2024 as a Litigation Paralegal and Legal Assistant. She brings more than 35 years of experience in the legal profession, having served in prominent law firms throughout Bucks and Montgomery Counties with a primary concentration in litigation. 

Her professional background encompasses a wide range of practice areas, including class actions, personal injury, adoption, family law, and criminal defense. Vickie interacts well with clients and possesses extensive knowledge of litigation processes and procedures, and she provides comprehensive support in scheduling, calendar management, case preparation, document management, and trial coordination.

Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to client service, Vickie approaches each matter with compassion and an understanding of the challenges clients face as a result of being injured by the fault of another.

Vickie earned her Associate of Business Administration degree from Bucks County Community College and completed the Paralegal Certificate Program at Penn State University.

Wendy Steinberg

Business Manager

Wendy Steinberg is the Business Manager of KBS Injury Law Group, LLC, where she directs the firm’s day-to-day operations and ensures a seamless experience for clients and staff alike. She oversees finance, human resources, and office administration—including budgeting, payroll, benefits, and internal processes—so the legal team can remain focused on advocating for clients.

With a strong background in operations leadership across diverse industries, Wendy excels at streamlining workflows, implementing efficient systems, and fostering a collaborative workplace culture. Her organizational expertise and commitment to excellence strengthen the firm’s foundation and help ensure every client receives the highest level of service and care.

Jake Steinberg

Litigation Paralegal

As a litigation paralegal with the firm, Jake Steinberg brings a strong combination of compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail to every case he supports. His experience spans a wide range of personal injury matters, including automobile accidents, premises liability, professional liability, and complex motor vehicle cases involving serious bodily injuries.

A graduate of West Chester University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Jake applies his strong organizational and communication skills to ensure clients receive attentive and efficient service. He plays an integral role in managing case files, coordinating with clients, and ensuring that critical information is delivered promptly to the appropriate team members.

Jake’s positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine care for clients foster an atmosphere of trust and teamwork—qualities that make him a valued member of our litigation team.
